Corey and Tom discuss the PSC's decision to tackle the question of third-party owned, or leased, rooftop solar in the state of Wisconsin. Petitions for Declaratory Ruling were filed by the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) and Vote solar asking the PSC to clarify that third-party owned solar is not "illegal" or subject to regulation as if it were a public utility.

Corey and Tom share their initial thoughts about the Public Service Commission's draft Strategic Energy Assessment as well as the staff memo outlining policy options for the Focus on Energy program.
