Cugins are back to wish you all a Buona Pasqua!! We want to commit and say we are officially back, but we won't gas light it. We do miss recording, but life is busy!! We are toying with the idea of recording and releasing in seasons. This way we just need to record a few days and can have tons of weeks' worth of content. But either way, enjoy the segment, Buona Pasqua a tutti, and give us a follow on the gram!

Cugins are back in action after a beautiful, festive, holiday season. We hope you are all staying safe and healthy! This weeks episode consists of holiday stories, some thoughts on covid, and the HYPE UP for our man, Yuri Panferov, who has a grappling event this Saturday at Mohegan Sun! Event starts at 6, let the cugins know if you are going to be there.

Buon Natale Cugin! As promised, here is our Christmas special. We go over some historical facts about traditions that we do and have done for years, as well as describe some of the treats we cook up for the season. Big debate on this episode: Are you team Pannetone? Or team Pandoro? We wish you all a Buon Natale e Felice Anno Nuovo. Looking forward to next year, big things in the works!!

CUGINS!!! We wanted to apologize from the bottom of our cuori for the absence and no explanation. Hopefully this 20 minute segment is enough to fill you all in on what went down, and where we go from here. Congratulations to all the little guy give a way winners!! We've reached October, and while we recorded this, the spookiest thing of 2021 happened.. Facebook went down!! How did it affect you? Did you survive without a few hours of social media? That being said, we returned back to our lists and found an updated top 10 towns with the highest Italian population, you will be shocked when you hear where a certain *cough* *cough* *North Haven* *cough* town ranks. Cugins from the 203 also evaluate squid games a little, we try our best not to give away spoilers, but if you are on an social media, you know way more than what we gave you. Hope you enjoy!!

Hello Cugins! 

Catch up with the Cugins on how we spent the last few weeks of summer. For our soccer loving listeners, Mast Ando laid a question on Frankie that really got him thinking. It was a hypothetical situation, that we would love your response too as well! Go leave a comment under the post on the Instagram page. For our non soccer listeners, make sure you tune in to the 2nd half. That is where we get into all the fall things that people love to do, but for some reason, we don't do as much, and we explain why we don't them. i.e. apple picking, pumpkin carving, pumpkin spice lattes, etc.
