I have been friends with Cullen Joyce since the beginning, and I am a better person because of it. Cullen is a biracial college student in Maryland, and I decided to give him the floor for this week's episode. Cullen played lacrosse and basketball at our high school, Severna Park High. He now is a student at Towson in Maryland, where he is pursuing a career in sports. We are from a predominantly white town, so Cullen has seen the best and worst of ally-ship from his peers. His story is one of inspiration, resilience, and awakening.  I am proud and honored to be able to facilitate his story, and hope that you all listen carefully and see how you can implement his words into your every-day life.
