Cult Cast

There is a LOT of laughter in this episode! Andrew and Nate are joined by the most excellent Rowen to decide which year was the best one for gaming. It was certainly a tough choice!

If you like people shouting game titles at each other, you're going to love this!

Andrew, Nate and Jon are joined by [lock-on] staff writer Jamie to chat about some recent gaming news, and have a deeper discussion about the state of gaming in 2021.

Yes, this is an episode where we wound Jon up and watched him go. That man has some OPINIONS! Can't say he's wrong though... If you're a Steady member, let us know YOUR thoughts in the comments. If you're not, then why not come and join us?!

Join the natty Nate,  jocoserious Jon and acuminous Andrew as they talk all things Sega with the astronomical Adam Koralik, YouTuber extraordinaire.

Together they cover topics from Yakuza to the Dreamcast, from mini console requests to modding and more besides.

If you'd like to find out more about the contemporary Dreamcast community, including the best way to play, Atomiswave ports and fan translations, please check out The Dreamcast Junkyard, who do amazing work on both reporting current news and delving into the history of Sega's final console.  If you're interested in the mention of Andrew's book, you can find that by visiting his site Dreamcast Years!

In an episode all about Resident Evil at 25 it made sense to bring in a franchise expert, and that's just what we did for this episode! Joining Andrew, Jason and our other main host Nate, is the wonderful Alex, author of Itchy, Tasty: An Unofficial History Of Resident Evil.

If you aren't a member of Steady you may want to subscribe now to hear more of Alex in our Village spoilercast!
