  • Stronger Through Partnership: The CORE Tech & VetPal Story

Recorded live at the National Ploughing Championships in Screggan, Tullamore, this episode brings together Nicola Cogan, Commercial Lead at CORE Tech (a Cultura company), and Alan Gormley, founder and CEO of the award-winning Irish agtech company VetPal.

When EU legislation brought all veterinary prescriptions onto Ireland’s National Veterinary Prescription System (NVPS) and reclassified everyday anti-parasitic products as prescription-only, agri-retailers faced a real risk: regular customers arriving on a Saturday morning for a wormer, with no way to reach a vet. Rather than each company trying to solve the whole problem alone, CORE Technology and VetPal combined what they do best. VetPal connects the farmer, the vet and NVPS; CORE Technology handles the account, consent, dispensing and invoicing right at the start.

Nicola and Alan talk about why respect and trust sit at the heart of every good partnership, the self-awareness it takes to know your own lane, and why National Ploughing remains the place where the whole industry comes together in one field. It’s a conversation about solving problems that are too big for any one company, and about what becomes possible when agtech companies choose to collaborate for the good of the agriculture and food industry.

  • Building Trust and Standards Across the Ethanol Value Chain

Recorded live at the Fuel Ethanol Workshop in St. Louis, this episode brings together four leaders shaping the future of clean fuel data and collaboration. Host Jeff Schreiner (Cultura Technologies), is joined by Jay Weber (CreditCrop), Andy Jenks (Verdova), and Clay Sellmeyer (Verdova) for a candid conversation about what it really takes to align an industry around a shared outcome.

The group digs into why data is the biggest hurdle in the 45Z and low-carbon fuel space, and how the Clean Fuel Credit Consortium (CFCC) was built to solve it. Topics include the challenge of cooperation among companies that compete and partner at the same time, how fragmented farm data gets turned into audit-ready, defensible information, the often-overlooked role commercial retailers play in the traceability chain, and what farmers stand to gain.

It's an on-the-ground look at how trust, standardization, and collaboration across producers, data providers, and buyers are turning verified farm data into monetizable value for the entire ethanol supply chain.
