Kyle Ross is the production Manager at Wyevale Nurseries, one of the oldest nurseries in the UK. He has a specific focus on biosecurity, pest and disease management as well as ornamental crop selection. The departments he is responsbile for include new product development, stock control, growing operations and crop protection. Kyle is also a strong advocate of youth in horticulture and is an active member of the Young People in Horticulture committee and the HTA's Ornamental Technical Committee.

After studying for a degree in Fine art Molli entered the world of horticulture. She currently works at Hyde Hall, the Royal Horticultural Society garden in Essex. In 2022 she was involved in creating the Peter Seabrook tribute display at BBC Gardeners World Live, winning a platinum medal.  

Eliot Barden is the Aftercare, Apprenticeship and Training Manager for the multi award wining nursery, Majestic Trees. He is a very knowledgeable horticulturist, joining the company in 2018 after completing the prestigious Kew Diploma with Distinction. Prior to that he completed his Kew Apprenticeship and studied both RHS Level 2 & 3 in Horticulture, all with Distinction. He is involved in all areas of tree production, and is the lead who manages the AfterCare service and advice to customers.

Hannah Powell is the Communications & HR Director at the family run business, Perrywood Garden Centre & Nurseries Ltd in Tiptree, Essex. She plays a key role in the Senior Team and takes the lead on brand, communications and HR; setting the communications strategy for the year & building partnerships, working with their HR Manager to ensure they meet the needs of the growing business and reflect the vision and values. She is also a blogger and author and has recently published her first book.
