Today our guest is Michael “Frosti” Snow!

If you’re not familiar with Frosti, he’s one of the real OG American parkour athletes who began training way back in 2001. I’ve known him personally for over 15 years and he has time and time again shown himself to not only be an incredibly skilled practitioner, but one of the most creative and unique athletes to ever influence the sport.

We’ll chat at length about that creativity today and I’ll have him share his insights around how he’s been able to use it to his advantage in both a competition setting and more broadly in crafting his career and lifestyle.

We are also going to talk about the early days of parkour and Frosti’s experiences seeing the community blow up over the years and how that shaped his outlook and philosophy of the sport.
