Have you ever considered cultivating emotional endurance through a journaling practice? Welcome to High Blood Pressure Wellness Lifestyle Podcast I am your Certified Holistic Health Coach and your host Donna Williams.

My passion is helping my high blood pressure community, especially women of color embrace the principles of clean eating though my 5-day whole foods based detoxes for beginners that makes it abundantly clear on how to eat for a long, healthy disease-free life. Being a health coach is knowing how to treat the underlying root causes of chronic diseases and on how to develop one healthy habit that sticks within 30 days.

I also enjoy chatting with other health and visionary individuals who share the vision of optimal health for all. Their life work is built around the 12 circle of life steps that infuses joy, satisfaction, reclaiming your health with actual solution that can transform your life.

Today I have a very special guest. Nkem Chukwumerije is a Teaching Artist, Healing Artist, and Creative Entrepreneur. She is a writing teacher of 11+ years and a yoga teacher, highlighting how our minds and our bodies are portals to unique wisdom and deeper authenticity. Through her work and passions, Nkem hopes other beings will gain a deeper relation to themselves, a sense of community, and more access to greater personal and spiritual enlightenment.
