This episode turned out to be my favorite so far. Lynhthy offers so much insight and is really vulnerable with us, which is so inspiring. All of our conversations together go like this and so it made sense to capture it for everyone else that needs to hear it. We dive very deep into our emotions and how to handle the negative ones.
