Terence Farrell is the President of For Real Solutions LLC, an IT consulting company specializing in agile consultancy, agile software development, IT infrastructure hosting, and operations and management support. He served the county of Chester, Pennsylvania for over 21 years — first as the Recorder of Deeds for eight years and then as the Commissioner for 12. Terence is a graduate of Carleton College in Minnesota and was a Board Member for the YMCA for 11 years.
