Episode Description: In this episode of the CULTURE goodr Podcast, Stephen and Shaun bring in goodr customer #32 to discuss the e-commerce and marketing strategy we've developed over the years. In season 3, episode 3 of CULTURE goodr, Shaun and Stephen do a deep dive on Squawk & Awe, aka the goodr Customer Service team. Crafty, the flock leader, explains that in CS you can either choose to be right or happy, but not both. At goodr, they choose to be happy. If they choose to be right, it’s wrong, even if they’re not wrong, because the customer is always right, even if they’re wrong. Right?

In season 3, episode 2 of CULTURE goodr, Stephen and Shaun do a deep dive on the Distribution Center (aka the DC) at goodr. In the ecosystem, they are the nest to safely deliver the offspring. Flamingos lay eggs filled with sunglasses, didn't you know that? They're also known as the Rack Pack. Sarah is the Flock Leader (lame title: Warehouse Manager) and joins Stephen and Shaun to talk about her department.

This season it’s all aboard for a tour of the inner workings of the goodr ecosystem. Our ecosystem is made up of team members (flamingos) which make up our individual departments (flocks), each of which has a flock leader. We’ve got twelve flocks in total, plus a group of flock leaders. Grand prize to whoever can guess how many episodes this season will have.
