Many people think culture is all the "touchy feely" things but Eric Jackson shares how building the right culture in his organization takes focus, and effort but the rewards are so worth it. It starts from setting the culture through the hiring process, to the everyday connections and processes you do to accomplish your end goals. Eric Jackson is Founder and CEO of Element 47, LLC, a branding, marketing, and advertising agency headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Eric grew up in Gallatin, lived and worked in Hendersonville for 10 years, and now lives in the Oak Hill community in Nashville. He has previously served on several nonprofit boards, including service as Chairman of the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce, President of the Rotary Club of Hendersonville, and President of the Nashville chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Eric is passionate about entrepreneurship and he coaches and mentors budding entrepreneurs.
Eric is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (’90 – B.S in Communications, Advertising). His hobbies include playing music (drums and guitar), meeting new friends, reading, and putting stickers on his Toyota 4Runner. He is married to Ms. Kadi Jones and has one adult child, Kaitlin who resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
