Long before Cultureproof, before the stages I get to teach from, and before I ever had the opportunity to coach and mentor other business owners, Blake Crawford was pouring into me.

Blake was one of my first real mentors in business and leadership. He taught me how to understand a P&L, know my numbers, build systems, develop people, and create a culture worth being a part of. But what impacted me most wasn't just the business he built. It was the man behind it.

Blake spent 18 years building Crawford Landscape Group in Naples, Florida, before ultimately selling the company in 2021. Along the way, he learned some hard lessons about leadership, culture, faith, marriage, fatherhood, money, and what success actually looks like.

We talk about the season when Blake thought his company might not survive, the decision to completely surrender his business to God, why culture became his greatest competitive advantage, why every business owner needs to know their numbers, and why technology will never replace leadership and discipline.
