The moderator is Fox 5’s Maria Silva, the show features Irma Varela, founder of the Life in Death: Day of the Dead Festival: Nathalie Martinez, UNLV undergraduate research assistant responsible for the UNLV Latinx Voices project; author, educator and activist Tom Rodriguez; and Maria Guadalupe Gil, owner of Casa Don Juan restaurant. Mexico's Independence Day is Sept. 16.
