Scott Taylor from Cumberland FA and Cumberland County Referees' Association has begun a new #AskTheRef podcast series.
In Episode 4, Scott catches up with Phil Murphy and also gets asked the questions too!
Phil is a Level 5 Senior County Referee, CFA Observer, Mentor as well as part of the support structure to the CFA County CORE Group and a commitee member of the Cumberland County Referees Association.
Scott, who is used to asking the questions, is a Level 3E (Step 1 List) Assistant Referee and currently Referee Development Officer for Cumberland FA. A CFA Observer, Mentor as well as The FA Observer at Step 5/6, Scott also runs the CFA County CORE Group and is Chairman of the Cumberland County Referees Association.
