Coronaviruses are a family of viruses that can cause respiratory illness in people.

This is a 3/20/20 COVID 19 update: No cure or vaccine has been found however a medication that is used to treat Malaria, Chloroquine, is showing positive results. 

Current cases: 286,799

Deaths: 11,889

Recoveries: 93,602

Current mortality rate is at about 4.5%

Countries to look into: Italy has surpassed China's death toll of 3,255 with having 4,032 deaths. Spain and Germany have 3rd and 4th highest case count, the US is currently 6th.
