Relationships have come a long way since that of our parents and elders years of creating a union, but are we truly happy or are we just sticking around because that's what we learned from them?!

After the year 2020 threw at us many of us spent 2021 adjusting and pivoting to regain focus on things that matter the most. As we look back on it all we all can be a little thankful for those moments that helped us along the way to pave for a beautiful foundation to build upon for 2022 and what it has in store for us all.

Many of the things in your life are happening because you’re allowing them to happen. Forgive yourself for accepting lesser than you deserved. It’s ok we all have to learn our self worth at some point in life. 

We all reach that time where we enter a new chapter in our lives. For myself that's my 30s. I take a brief reflection on the maze that was my 20s and all that I learned as I celebrate my final hours of being 29.
