This week Gemma joins to talk about her heart transplant and her advice to others awaiting the big day. Gemma built some amazing friendships with other transplant patients on the ward and is very close to a UHB Charity favourite nicknamed 'Positive Pete' who I am sure you know all about.

Since her transplant gemma has set up a support group which I encourage you to check out if you want to join a community that will support you through recovery and one that truly understands.
