First... JAJA like... JAJA DING DONG (from eurovision) it's what me and the kids say when we wanna say someone is a ding dong, we just say 'they're jaja' hahaa (pronounced yaya fyi).

Moving on! You need community, curate it! These don't even have to be people you talk to all the time, or call all the time, just people you know who pop up during the hard times and celebratory times. 

Don't have a community for something you're going thru? FIND ONE!!! SEEK ONE OUT! I also go into friendships and that it's ok to have friendships that have a life span and an expiration date.
