Your closet is full, but you wear the same few things all the time. In this episode I break down the two biases behind that: the endowment effect and the fear of scarcity, and give you the questions and one travel exercise to cut through them.

You decided to finally sort out your style, so you did what everyone does: opened your phone and started saving looks. Nothing wrong with that. But a saved folder only shows you the arrival, the end result. Never all the things and actions it took to get there.
This episode is about exactly that. There are 5 traits the most style-settled men all share. The good news is you'll probably recognize yourself in more of them than you expect.

In this episode I answer your questions: I start with the one underneath most men stuck in style no man's land: why evolving your look as you age has nothing to do with the birthday.
Other topics the questions cover are the style "rules" worth keeping versus the BS, what's worth investing in, and how to style for your build, dates, and the life you're living now.

Most men who want to dress better aren't lazy about it. They buy things, save references, notice the guy who's clearly figured "it" out. But none of it moves the needle.
In most cases, that's the Default Loop, and about 75% of the men I speak to are or were in it. The way out isn't more options but fewer decisions, made earlier.
In this episode I break down the pattern that keeps wardrobes stuck, why input alone never solves it, and the system I use to rebuild my clients' wardrobes: Style Overlap. What it is and how to find yours.

Last year one of my reels went viral; the argument that clothing is your most powerful yet underused tool for communicating what you stand for. And this episode is the follow-up I never put online.
Clothes aren't just garments. They shift (with) your mood, they change how you perform, and they send a message whether you're aware of it or not. For most, it's the latter.
In this episode, I'm sharing the three ways to use this deliberately. But none of them work until you've pinpointed one thing (it's what we start with).

Most men I work with already have good taste. They know which restaurants to send food back at, their favorite 6AM workout, and so on. Until they open their wardrobe and that judgment disappears.
It doesn't actually though. They stop trusting it, because algorithms came and decided your taste in aesthetics is what you download instead of build over time. Scroll enough outfits, save enough references, and it appears. It doesn't work that way with food, and it doesn't work that way here.
In this episode I explain the why, what your taste is made of, and how to start trusting it again, successfully.

Your wardrobe is the only business asset that works before you say a word. You're aware of it, but not using it.
That's likely because everyone teaches you what to wear, but no one teaches…
In short episodes, I share the wardrobe frameworks, style strategies and systems I use as a personal stylist to founders, business owners and executives.
How you present backs up your track record and personal brand, and, between you and me... it shows you grew up. Curated The Podcast is about turning that into leverage.
