In this intro episode we begin with the very basic premise of understanding that our life is our own. For some people this may seem very obvious, but even if it seems obvious life and society can get in the way of the ability to see that clearly. At one point or another some people may find themselves dressing a certain way acting a certain way or even speaking a certain way in order to fit in or appease others. This is an example of how we can live our life for other people. The problem with living life that way is over time you lose that connection with yourself. In this episode I want to set the tone for why this may happen and why it shouldn't. Also we will talk about curating your life and what it means.
