I had a major realisation recently. I've been on the inner, self-discovery path for a decade. It's who I am now. It's a lifestyle for me now, second nature.

I had the most amazing, transformative, mind-blowing week at Dr. Joe Dispenza's week long advanced workshop/retreat in the Riveria Maya in México.

I loved the science he shared, the information, the meditations, the connections, the people, the location, the beach, the long days, the music...all of it. It felt like the 'missing piece' of my personal jigsaw puzzle of life. The science confirmed for me (without doubt) that 'consciousness' is real, meditation works, and the mind-body connection is real. I've seen irrefutible science.

There is more information in the 'unseen' than the seen & believing in something before you can see if, is real. I also had a powerful personal experience where it feels like my 'search' has been called off, now it's time to get to work...haha.

Here's a question to ponder that will help you 'close the gap' between who you are to the world & who you are when no one is watching.

I've discovered a potent tool that comes down to foundational health. Helping our body on a cellular level with the seemingly most 'basic' of tasks, but ones that are fundamental to our overall health. This is like a 'part deux' to the last episode (Bet on Yourself) becasue more just wanted to flow through me as I continue to be triggered & tested & stop listenting to my own BS.

One of the greatest ways we can build trust in ourselves (and in turn learn to drown out the external noise & opinions of others) is by having our own back. Committing & doing what we say we are going to do, no matter what. Every time we don't do what we say we are going to do (no matter how tiny) it has a detrimental effect on our self-believe & self-esteem.

It's time we become more aware, catch ourselves & stop bullshitting ourselves. It's time to trust you & believe in you fully & commit to you.

I started this podcast a few weeks ago & finally came back to finish it.

The time has come for each of us to fully bet on ourselves & trust the messages & guidance that's been coming through for us.

We don't know what goes on inside of anyone, or the depth of wisdom they may have access to (even though it may appear 'crazy' to others, and ourselves at times!). I don't know about you, but I'm tired of explaining. It's time for us all to go fully in the direction of our dreams, whatever they may be for each of us, without worrying, second guessing, or over explaining ourselves.

Authenticity is the new frequency & timeline we're all being called to. Will you have the courage to go all in on your dreams, dissolve the outside noise, and bet on yourself?

This episode might piss some people off. Then intention is to awaken you to look at the bigger picture when it comes to health & the role we must play in our own healing. We don't know what we don't know, but if we choose to stay in the dark, I don't believe we will have the best outcome.

Things are hitting a critical level in the healthcare system (as they have for years) but we can't pretend any longer. We need to get honest & see the facts that the current allopathic medical model, is an interventional, life-saving system when you're in an emergency situation. It is incredible at that. But it is not built for the chronic lifestyle dis-eases that most people are facing. The 'band-aid' approach is not working. Managing symptoms is not working.

We need to wake up & take our health & our responsibility to ourselves seriously. We need to wake up & look at root level, holistic healing from multiple angles. And we need to change our internal environment in order to make it conducive to healing.
