We welcome Sarah Scarratt in this episode to discuss about Clean Language. Sarah is a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP and a certified Facilitator in Clean Language, working in French and English. She is Level 5 ILM (Institute of leadership and management) coaching and mentoring and certified in clean interviewing. She is the first certified Systemic Modelling Facilitator in France. 

Sarah shares what is Clean language and how we can use it during professional coaching conversations. She also explains uses of Metaphors and feedback in Clean language.

Sriram P is an Operations Professional having around 39 years of corporate experience having worked in Senior Leadership Roles across large organisations like Pernod Ricard, UB group, Shaw Wallace among others!      

Retired on 30th June 2021 as Executive Vice President, Operations at Pernod Ricard India, and now on Director on the Board of Pernod Ricard India driving Business strategy & Results

Also working as a Chief Strategist - Diversity & Inclusion with "AVTAR" - A leading DEI firm in India.
