And that includes the universe in all it’s generosity.

If you look back over your life there have most likely been events or choices you made, that resulted in a major track jump.

Perhaps ending a relationship, losing a job, moving to a different country or even having children. And with these track jumps sometimes we can feel really lost.

But are you lost or has a miraculous space of creation opened up for you?!

I used to be the type of person that always tried to maintain my calm. To appear in control and never be triggered, emotional, or lacking composure….

But then sometimes my shit would come up…

And it would be the end of the world! From my point of view.

So I did what most of us would do, avoid all triggers, and known sources of “bringing up my shit”.

This would include avoiding certain people, places, events, thoughts, feeligns, songs, movies… and just overall anything that threatened my ever growing list.

Until one day I realized the absolute GIFT in all of this that I was missing.

So often I witness my clients negating their magic, their unique superpowers because it's just something normal for them. Just who they are. “No big deal”.

Where did you decide that if it was a Superpower it would be hard? Isn’t it the opposite?

Superman has ease shooting lasers out of his eyes because that's his superpower. Wonder Woman has incredible strength because that’s her superpower. It’s simply abilities they have that seem super to us because we don’t have them.

But you see it’s their magic.

What magic do you have that you are negating because it’s just who you are?

It could be the way you are with kids or animals, the easy you have with story telling or making peple laugh. There is much more magic in you than you realize.

Sometimes things show up in our lives and we wanna say “WTF Universe?!”
