Being aware of your surroundings goes a lot deeper than you most likely think. We can absorb everything we see, hear, and feel, but we can also learn to deflect the things we don’t want to absorb. Your joy should always come first when this happens.

Wanted to update you all on my journey...so glad to be here with you all!

What a powerful convo with a fantastic man! I was introduced to Simon Arias through my Tampa coach Bamboo and his wife Robin Wissmann, who both said I had to meet up with this outstanding gentleman; especially since he grew up in my town! Not only is this man a spiritually-solid, jiu jitsu loving, insanely loyal, hard working, fun-loving, inspiring and motivating down to earth human, but he has succeeded in more ways than I can truly state. Simon is a powerhouse when it comes mind, body, and spirit growth, and it definitely shows in his actions and words. Enjoy the wisdom and passion this man brings to the table with me, and let me know what you take from it. And remember to always Peace Toast and Jam my fam!

I was so excited to meet up with a friend of mine, Elec Simon, who is truly a world changer! He is a percussionist, motivational speaker, Emcee, Corporate Hype Man, Life/Anti Bullying School Assemblies, and MUCH MORE! He is also about to drop his first single! Which is super EXCITING! Y’all are going to love it. But most of all, Elec is a beautiful soul, and someone who truly has followed his heart to devote his life to helping others through his many gifts.
