Paul Zamek is music industry veteran who has worked in various capacities for a long list of dignitaries and recording artists including Nelson Mandela, Elton John, Paul Simon, Kenny Rogers, Neil Diamond, Tina Turner,, and the estates of Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, and more. I have had the pleasure of calling Paul a friend for nearly 20 years and in this chat we talk about music, marijuana, the relationship between music and marijuana (which he refers to as "M&M"), and take a few walks down memory lane. Jim Basnight's career spans from the early 70s (where his band opened up for The Ramones first show in Seattle), through the latter part of the 70s when he played with members of the emerging NYC punk rock scene, and on through The Moberlys and as a solo artist.
