Michigan House Bill 4976 would drop parallel parking from the road test; State Representative Sarah Lightner (R-Springport), who introduced the measure earlier this month, says her constituents were upset to pay $50 for a road test but have the failure parallel park be a deciding factor, claiming “it’s a money game” to include it.  We took some calls to see what you think of this proposal.
