Podcast what up happy Thursday. Today’s episode is one of my all-time keynotes at South By Southwest in 2016. Crazy how so much of what was discussed is still relevant in a 2019 world. Really hope you enjoy and have the best weekend … tweet me @GaryVee if you haven’t in a while :)

This clip while I was in Florida giving a talk really brought out some different thoughts and ideas that I don't talk about a lot - focusing heavily on Drock asking about the way I parent & run a business versus the way my father did, which lead into a discussion about the nuances of running a business & being a parent, while still building the world you want to - really really cool stuff here that I think a lot of you will enjoy hearing.
This Q&A I did at ILoveKickboxing Founder Michael Parrella's Mastermind talk was HUGE. 1.5 hours of straight FIRE, answering questions around my theses, building brands, and fitness businesses -straight fire in this one, I think a lot of you would get value from this.
Hey podcast … this episode is a really fun one as it’s a full talk I gave to one of VaynerMedia’s biggest clients. What was suppose to be a keynote turned into a really in depth small business Q&A. A lot of value in here that I think a lot of you can apply to your own hustle. 2:00 - You need to be on every platform 8:30 - How I spend my energy 10:10 - Education or entertainment 16:20 - I hold no ego in hiring/firing 22:30 - Figure out how you learn 25:45 - I’m trying to make patience cool 33:15 - The GaryVee transformation Hope you enjoyed this Q&A .. if you haven’t heard the mid roll yet please rewind to 26:08 ;)
This was a segment from the "Daily Digital Deep Dive" (4Ds), one day business consultation for small businesses and personal brands that took place on October 12th. If you want to take part in the next 4Ds, you can get tickets here: https://www.eventbrite.com/o/vaynermedia-1119460753

There's more than one way to grow on Instagram & making it work for your business or personal brand - but there's also a number of ways that can hurt you - following & unfollowing being one. These clips from #Askgaryvee & an original film sum up my ideas and processes around what I think are the most effective ways to grow your Instagram audience, while bringing value to both you and your followers.

This is a really fire mashup revolving around balancing your life & sleep that a lot of you need to hear ... hustling doesn't necessarily mean that you're working 22 hours a day without sleeping - I think sleep is one of the most important things - it matters what you're doing doing those 16 hours that you're awake. I also talk about how I think about "work/life" balance and my methods for keeping what I see as balance.
