Curse Free GaryVee

Fired up for this keynote I did a few months ago in Phoenix, Arizona, talking about the similarities between “traditional” marketing and the digital age. Attention has and always will be the goal and asset, the medium is the only thing changing. This was a big keynote, would love if you all listened ❤️

To have a winner’s mentality, you have to stop caring what other people think. You’ve gotta get quiet in your own head. So many people make big life decisions based on other people’s opinions. You care so much about what your mom, dad, brother, or friends think that you’re allowing them to dictate your actions in life. At the core of it, the barriers so many people have aren’t really about “money” or “time.” They’re about opinions. It’s the biggest reason so many people are unhappy right now. Because they value someone else’s opinion more than their own. Once you get past that, life can get real good.  Here’s how you can get quiet in your own head:

This was an all-time keynote in Poland from November 2018, full of a massive Q&A section -  I start out talking about how attention is the most valuable asset, and my trip into Poland, a country I've never been to before, detailing why I didn't look up from my phone at all - talking about how billboards no longer hold the value they have. This was a big big big keynote on attention value - really one you should hear <3

This mashup is one that's really important to me - focusing around self doubt, which I believe isn't something you necessarily put on yourself, but are inflicted from a young age from a multitude of different places. It starts off with a call from the Empathy Wines livestream last week & branches off from there. The clips used in this mashup are:

This keynote from Ft. Lauderdale a few weeks back starts with me bringing the audience way back to when I started building Wine Library, doing email marketing & google adwords and moving into why losing and learning to love & accept losing really helps in the long term- it helps put into perspective their goals & I talk about passing on Uber twice relating to this. Great conference here & I hope u enjoy <3

The only voice you need to hear is your own. Everything comes down to your mindset. If you're not optimistic and motivated, you need to find a new circle of friends and start becoming very in tune with yourself. Hope you really dig into this one this weekend and get ready to put complete FIRE into the upcoming week.

So many people make decisions with total lack of context or perspective.

So many think the “entry point” to success is a million dollars, when the top 1% income in the US is just over $400,000 / year…

Or that its acceptable to complain about their problems, when now is actually the greatest time to be alive…

Really passionate about this keynote I gave in Sydney, watch and leave your two cents in the comments! Remember, your comments are my OXYGEN!!!

There’s so much opportunity available today but what most people don’t realize is, this all goes away. Eventually, Facebook and Instagram advertising will become like the Yellow Pages or billboards — that’s why I’m trying to get so many of you to “squeeze” while this opportunity is still available to you.
