Listen Later

For esoteric seekers, wizards, witches, mystics and students of the ancient mysteries, this episode of THE SOULFAM PODCAST with Diana and Lexi takes you on a journey of wonder through sigils, symbols, the power of words and a love of beautiful tomes, books and ceremonial magic. Quench your thirst for the esoteric with William Kiesel (@ouroboros_press, www.bookarts.org), publishing director of Ouroboros Press, an
antiquarian Bookseller and faculty at 22 Teachings School of Hermetic
Science & Magical Arts where he teaches Alchemy and Ceremonial Magic.
With decades of experience in Hermetic Qabalah, Magic and esoteric
symbol-systems, William assists seekers on the path to self-knowledge in
understanding the mysteries of the Ageless Wisdom. In this episode, William suggests the popularization of magic, tarot, the occult and even hexing has been encouraged through the media and movies such as Harry Potter and the DaVinci Code. However, understanding and education about magic hasn't necessarily been encouraged, hence ignorance possibly remains. And at a time when unification and compassion is important, this kind of superstition and misunderstanding creates divide.  William shares magic's wonders, artistic beauty, purposes and discipline as it has been used and enhanced throughout the ages. He touches lightly on issues of censorship. As a teacher at 22 Teachings, William encourages his students to delve deeper and provides both in-person and recorded classes for their further education. William can be contacted at [email protected] or followed on Instagram @ouroboros_press. We hope you love this deep dive into the esoteric and magic of books!! With love, Diana and Lexi.
