Curtis Bullock is very happy, though his life is in flux. After 16 years in education, he is ready for a career change, but leaping into the unknown of a creative, artistic career feels both exciting and uncertain. He is nearly finished with a doctoral degree in research about working conditions and retention for people of color in predominantly White organizations, and he is very much looking forward to what may lie beyond.
