Ellen is a biracial-Black therapist, social worker and farmer. Combining her knowledge of the soothing properties found in plants with mental health modalities, she invites nature back into the therapeutic setting. Currently residing in Portland, Ellen moves back to her hometown of Columbus, Ohio later this year.

Curtis Bullock is very happy, though his life is in flux. After 16 years in education, he is ready for a career change, but leaping into the unknown of a creative, artistic career feels both exciting and uncertain. He is nearly finished with a doctoral degree in research about working conditions and retention for people of color in predominantly White organizations, and he is very much looking forward to what may lie beyond.

Neiland Fitzgerald is Program Manager for Evanta, a Gartner Company. He holds a B.A. in Art History from Portland State University and a Master of Professional Studies. from the Pratt Institute in Sustainable Design Management. For fun Neiland loves concerts, museums, traveling, reading and being with friends and family. He describes himself as a "city boy with a hippie heart" and a "life-long learner."

Sprout Chinn is a queer, Portland based esthetician and makeup artist. She is passionate about advocacy work including domestic violence awareness, racial equity and LGBTQ+ rights. Growing up with many intersecting communities shaped her identity. She looks for opportunities to pair her work with activism as often as possible.

Amira Alsareinye descends from two cultural backgrounds, Syrian and Mexican, while she was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from the University of the Incarnate with a B.A. in biology in 2014. She enjoys writing poetry and fictional short stories as well as personal narratives. She creates surreal floral escapes and cosmic figurative paintings mainly in acrylic and watercolor.

Welcome to Season 2 of Living Two or More. In this season we talk to seven amazing humans, who are all unique, lovely and have brilliant stories to tell. This season will sound a little bit different. We have a brand new host alongside Kailla Coomes. Jacque Fitzgerald, who you may remember from Season 1, Episode 1 of Living Two or More, will join Kailla for this season. We can't wait to hear what you think, here is a little sneak peek of what you can expect this season and an interview with Season 1 host Cami. Episode 1 comes out Thursday, June 15th.

The time has come. In our sixth and final episode of season one, we decided to interview each other about the very questions we asked each of our interviewers.

For me, Cami (she/her), this was an empowering moment of truth: as a more private person by nature, I prefer to keep my story to myself. But it’s 2020, and my story deserves to be heard. I am ecstatic to share with listeners this ever real, ever raw piece of myself.

And for me, Kailla (she/her), this project has been one of my proudest accomplishments. I was born on the east coast, but spent most of my childhood moving around and finally ended up in Oregon when I was 13. I talk about growing up with Filipino traditions and how I used to react to the dreaded "what are you" question.

On our fifth episode of Living Two or More, we interview Lu Binion (they/them), a Portland transplant who originally hails from Chicago proper. Having grown up among multiple ethnic and cultural pockets of the city, Lucas moved west to attend Reed College. Listen as we dive into Lu’s story to hear their take on hate speech, paranoia, and their personal take on the term, mulatto.
