Curtis Howden is that coach that helps athletes compete and train for recovery and performance. When it comes to fitness, Curtis has over 20 years of experience, starting from a young age. And some of his clients have been training with him for over 10 years! When you find somebody like Curtis that not only understands the body, but also understands the muscle mind connection, that person is sure to give you the best training possible.
When it comes to your body, you cannot afford to skip out on the opportunity to better yourself. Putting the time in the gym or at a fitness facility, or even in your basement if you have the right equipment is crucial to your well being. Too often we see people injure themselves and do not properly recover to their fullest and end their careers. Some injuries are not fixable, but for the majority, we can work hard and do our best both outside training and inside the gym.
