Who do you follow on social media? What types of T.V. shows do you watch? How often do you read and check the news? Chances are good, most of what you’re absorbing is not healthy. Most of what you’re absorbing is absolutely limiting you and killing your self-confidence. In this episode, I chat about the necessity to limit your exposure to toxic and negative influences that don’t align with your values and the life you want to live. I go over how our brain absorbs these things and how it affects your conscious and subconscious mindset. I use personal examples of how toxic social media affected myself and my self-confidence, what I did to fix and overcome that, and how we cut out the crap in our lives. If you think you can view these things and move past them, you’re absolutely wrong.
