This week Bryan is joined by special guest and security expert Bil Harmer. Bil has spent 30 years in IT where he has worked with and for everything from small start-ups to large enterprises and government entities. His early days were spent cutting his teeth on scaling internet operations and fighting hackers in the late 90s then moved into helping companies marry ISO and SAS 70 to create a trusted security and audit methodology for SaaS companies. This week Bryan is joined by Dr. Aneil Mishra a well-known scholar in the study of trust and its impact on companies and the relationships between employees and leaders. Dr. Mishra is currently serving as the Dean and Professor of Management at the University of Michigan's, Flint School of Management. Bryan and Dr. Mishra discuss all things trust.
