He who speaks the truth is speaking his dharma. Today we explore ways in which we can better understand ourselves (our thoughts and feelings) so we can use our voice in a way that makes an impact, a difference and is an advocate for our own belief systems. You can say whatever you want to say, even if it is negative, with a positive delivery. It is time to use our voice more while being connected to our heart.
In today's episode we talk about how being devoted to yourself brings you to your dharma or holds you so effortlessly in the feeling of not needing or wanting more out of life.
