In this episode, I get to know the brains behind The Grad Fest, Liam Gartland (Producer) and Alice Croft (Artistic Director). The Grad Fest offer performance opportunities, industry Q&As and workshops whilst connecting graduates to industry professionals. Their mission is to “expose and encourage current theatre graduates to transition into our industry, straight from college, whilst giving them a platform to become their own product within this business.” They are incredibly inspirational when it comes to taking matters into your own hands and striving for your own personal, creative endeavours to produce something amazing and absolutely necessary.

Our first collab! In this episode, we get to know the brains behind The Open House Podcast, Clancy Ryan and Melissa Lowe. Make sure you go and check out their podcast on Spotify, Apple all major streaming platforms-
'Open House is the podcast all about having difficult conversations! Housemates, Clancy Ryan and Mel Lowe, know first hand that the oh so British mentality of sweeping problems under the rug doesn’t do anyone any good, so instead they've decided to broadcast them on the internet (how very millennial). Each week they speak to a notable guest as they spill the the tea on times they’ve found talking about a problem about as tough as getting on the London property ladder. From microagressions to break ups, coming out stories to work drama, Open House takes an unflinching look at chats that are hard to broach and even harder to navigate.' You can find them on social media @openhousepod.

In this episode, we begin with a juicy game of Truth or Dare before discussing a universal topic that we have both learnt from, Rejection. Jobs, Relationships, Drama Schools, being rejected and being the rejector. We chat about it all. How do you deal with rejection? Do we all need to experience rejection? Does rejection mean you're not good enough?
