Some of my favorite conversations in rock has been with Corey Taylor. This one was no different. Backstage at the festival Rock USA in Oshkosh, WI Corey and I once again have a fun light hearted (mostly) conversation. From the new Stone Sour album 'Hydrograd' to his new book 'America 51' and more enjoy a backstage talk with Corey Taylor.
Backstage at the rock festival Rock USA in Oshkosh, Wisconsin I sat down with Zacky Vengeance the guitarist from one of my all time favorite bands Avenged Sevenfold. Talk of the old school, talk of video games, and of course talk of Stage and their tour with Metallica.
DED is a metal / hard rock band from the Tempe / Phoenix, AZ area. The band's lead singer Joe Cotela and guitarist David Ludlow joined myself and Kaytie via phone to let us get inside their heads a bit. Their debut full length album Mis.an.Thrope will be out on July 21st and don't forget to check out the video for their song "Anti-Everything" which was directed by none other than Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst. (Hold the jokes he did a pretty amazing job.)
Remember Cutter's Rockcast is available via iTunes and iHeartradio as well as Spreaker. Cutter's Rockcast is a property of the Woodward Radio Network.
Rylan is back with myself and Kaytie as we discuss 2 pretty major topics. Number one Kaytie had a twitter run in with Zoltan from Five Finger Death Punch after she posted a story about Ivan Moody quitting the band while on stage in The Netherlands.

Second: All of sudden the rockstar pissing match is back, this time between Chad Kroeger of Nickelback and Corey Taylor of Stone Sour & Slipknot. Turns out Chad thinks Stone Sour is Nickelback lite, and of course Corey didn't take kindly to this. You can read more about this story here.
The band Never Say Die features Dean and Brandon from My Darkest Days. You remember them right? They are the band that brought you the sexy dance anthem "Porn Star Dancing." They were in town to play a show and joined me live on air on Razor 94.7. They talked about the band, their past and performed one song acoustic. Check out a special live on air Rockcast with Never Say Die.
The entire band Stitched Up Heart stopped by the studio ahead of their Stitched Up House Party at some dude's house who won on the radio. Actually that party was a blast. This is an inside look at the band and what makes them tick, plus there's a lot of kitty and dick jokes.
The full band Hell or Highwater came by the studio to hang out with Kaytie and myself. We talked music, the business of records and plenty of jokes. The band was formed by Atreyu drummer/singer Brandon Saller. Their new album Vista is out and the song "I Want it All" is being played everywhere.
Kaytie, Rylan and myself discuss the one thing that got us and maybe you into music in the first place. Plus the proper way the balls need to cupped, don't ask.
More from Rock on the Range 2017. Kaytie talks to Fire from the Gods and Radkey, while I'm chatting with Anders from In Flames, John from Seether, Frank Carter, Jaiden and Miguel from Sylar, Dustin from Starset, and John Cooper from Skillet.
On this, the day of her birth the lovely lead singer of Stitched Up Heart, Mixi joined both Kaytie and I live on Razor 94.7 during a segment called The Razor 3-Way. So happy birthday Mixi, and enjoy our quick conversation.
