CY6 - Check Your Six

Episode 23 of the Check Your Six - CY6 podcast had Brandon Rivera, aka DJ Bodega, make a trip up from Vero Beach FL to the GRP Studios for his session. Brandon, or should be just say DJ Bodega, came in and talked about his passion, his love of music and what he has done to change the culture of his profession in Vero Beach. Besides working full time in the financial industry, he has spent more than a decade sharing his love for music in clubs, weddings and just about anywhere people need his service. It was great having him in the studio, even if he did have to deal with a couple of old guys and try to explain the new musical trends! #djbodega #checkyoursix #CY6 #podcast #small-business #music

Bob Cheatham with Effective Results was the guest today for the 21 Episode of the Check Your Six - CY6 podcast from GRP Studios in Longwood. Lots of information to talk with Bob about today, did not get to a lot of what we were looking to cover but did talk about the need for a business consultant, even for a small business. Bob's tag line is "Sometimes the difference between success and failure is an objective opinion" and he explained why that outside observation can be so important. He will be your friend for free but when it comes to the hard discussions about what works and what does not, he does not sugar coat it. We will have to have him back to talk about some of the stuff we did not cover!! #results #business #consulting #checkyoursix #CY6 #podcast #grpstudios #small-business

Episode 19 of the Check Your Six - CY6 podcast featured Wanda Parisi from Embroidery Plus Promotional in St. Could Florida in the GRP Studios. Wanda talked about the need to develop, design and promote your brand that makes a fantastic impression on everyone your come in contact with. Something that a lot of small business owners do not take into consideration is their brand and how it may, or may not, develop or hinder their business. Much like the movie Stripes, walking tall and looking good, you can do that with the work that Wanda does with Embroidery Plus Promotional. Besides the branding of your business she talked about the attention to detail and personal service, just another thing that can set you apart from others. #embroidery #small-business #checkyoursix #CY6 #grpstudios #podcast #branding #service
