Many thanks to Dr. Seth Hamman, Director of the Center for the Advancement of Cybersecurity and Associate Professor of Cyber Operations and Computer Science at Cedarville University, for joining us in our second edition of Cyber Sensei.
Dr. Hamman explained the ‘why and how’ of teaching adversarial thinking to cybersecurity students and shared the compelling journey that led him to teach this critical cybersecurity skill. Adam Bricker, our host, then joined Dr. Hamman for an important and timely discussion on what universities must be doing to prepare cybersecurity graduates for employment, which covered what recruiters look for in cybersecurity talent, stereotypes we’d like to refute, and how to make cybersecurity inclusive and accessible for minorities and women. . Have a listen and tell your friends.
