Lot's to talk about this week. First rides for Mrs PPs eBike, Pete has taken his Bianchi Arcadex gravel bike out for a proper ride and now gets it ! Exciting new from Trek coming but we have also finally had a delivery from Campagnolo ! Peter and Paul also answer some of you questions.

How could turbo trainer online training programs like Swift, Sufferfest and Trainer Road possibly make Sportives dangerous ? It's all about group riding, which is more tricky than it looks...

Bad news for my Bianchi build as component supply problems continue. Paul is however delivering a bike to me this week and we need you help trying to find the perfect car for one of Paul's best customers...

E Bikes are certainly the hot topic in the bike world at the moment. They have their fans and they also have their fare share to haters. However there is much understanding so Paul and I thought we would take you through all you need to know, from price range, batteries, motors and the most contentious subject of the all...the weight !

Paul challenged me to do a Live installation of my new Michelin Power Road tyres to my stunning Campagnolo Bora WTO wheels. I mean what could go wrong...it's simple right ? We also chat project bikes and how to get your partner to agree to you buying another bike !

This week Pete and Paul are joined by their first ever guest on the Cycle Sunday Podcast. Pete's mate and car YouTuber Joe Achilles. Joe is a massive bike fan and it turns out he has some amazing stories to tell from his time competing in World Cup Downhill Mountain Biking and also being a World Champion in Brompton Racing !

What is the best way to carry your bike on the car...or should it go in the car. In this podcast Pete and Paul chat through the minefield that is cycle carriers. Some of their tips are just helpful but some might prevent you breaking the law or losing your beautiful bike in a nasty accident !
