Cycling For Exercise!!!!!
This was great read that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. I really enjoyed the part about breathing when it comes to doing HIIT type of training. Another part that was an added bonus was the extra guide to help you train additional muscle groups to help with your HIIT training. One day I think that I might actually give cycling a shot. Great book!!!!
A great introduction
This book is a good introduction to HIIT training. However, the content is too brief for athletes who training for years. I think it will be great if it has more coverage on the science behind HIIT training and advice on how to prepare for a major race with HIIT training.

Very basic. Not for the experienced cyclist. This book will probably help people new to the sport but is a bit elementary for people who have been cycling for a few years.
