Spokies is an amazing bicycle ride share program in downtown OKC that is helping change the way we get around in our community.  Josh is in charge of the Spokies bikes but also has an amazing history of riding all over the country.  We explore some great bike packing, touring and other adventures that Josh has had by bike.  

Sydney has lived in some amazing places and has achieved SO much and proves if you want it, you can make it happen.  She throws the excuses out the window and makes it happen when she has a goal to achieve.
