Q&A with my prophet and husband Prophet Onyeka Power!

You’ve probably heard that God created you on purpose, with a purpose, for a purpose! But what is our purpose? And how do we stop chasing other things instead? Make sense of the meaning of your life, and find the joy of living in God’s purpose.

God created us for a purpose, and he designed us to operate in that purpose in everything we do

For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Ephesians 2:10)

1. God created you. You are not an accident.

2. God has a plan for you. You have a purpose in life.

No matter what kind of trouble or difficulty you find yourself in, you can still have a blessed life. You cannot do anything about what is behind you, but you can do a great deal about what lies ahead of you. God is a redeemer, and He will always give you another chance.

We all face temptation, it's an unavoidable part of life. The question is not, "Will you be tempted?" The question is, "When you're tempted, will you be ready?". When you put God's Word in your heart, when you lean on His strength and trust in His promises, there's no temptation you can't overcome.

I really want you to get this: You can beat temptation. Stop saying, 'Joyce, I just don't think I can.' Take 'I can't!' out of your vocabulary.

In your own strength and by your own ability, you're right. You can't. But when you put God's Word in your heart, when you lean on His strength and trust in His promises, there's no temptation you can't overcome.

We need to be careful to remain in the presence of God. When we do, we make God feel at home in our hearts.

It's easier to lose that special presence of God than it is to get it back once we've lost it.

When you have a dream or a vision, you have to keep it in front of you. If it helps, write it down. And remember, God will help you live the dream He's given you, step-by-step, one day at a time.

Find a balance between contentment and ambition. Here's the key: Learn to enjoy where you are on the way to where you're going.

When you're under pressure, it's always best to pray about it instead of talk about it. Prayer is the blueprint for a successful life.

Even though we'll face challenging and stressful situations that won't always be easy to handle, Jesus assures us that nothing can defeat us if we handle things the right way, His way! Use the authority you have in Christ and overcome your obstacles!

Jesus understands exactly what we're facing with temptation. Sometimes He allows us to face temptations so He can bring attention to areas of weakness in our lives and help us overcome them. The only way you can have all that Jesus wants you to have is to be what He wants you to be. And that maturity comes through trials.
