Episode 5: Discipleship Square_Phase 4 - Deploy!

In this episode we talk about deployment and the next steps for your group after deployment. Also, we discuss what prepares a person to be deployed and what you need to know as a leader to prepare your group to be sent out to make disciples, that make disciples, that make disciples!

In this episode Ray walks through Phase 3 of the Discipleship Pathway. Phase 3, known as the competency phase allows those in your group to re-teach some of the tools in a safe place, gather feedback and coaching, and allows the group to revisit some of the tools that have been taught. In addition, we talk about People of Peace and how your group can begin their journey of finding people of peace.

In this weeks episode we talk about Phase 2 of the Discipleship Pathway. Phase 2 is an important piece in the discipling journey as this is where we tend to see the most transformation and change in those we are discipling.
