The Democratic Alliance says it has submitted a Promotion of Access to Information Act application for Minister of Justice Thembi Simelane's VBS loan report to President Ramaphosa. The DA says It cannot be that a Minister of Justice, accused of corruption, can continue to oversee the Justice system, and more importantly the National Prosecuting Authority, the body tasked with investigating her.
