Akpene is the Founder of Ezer Unfolding, a Business Coaching and Consulting Company that inspires people to find that Ezer within themselves through assessment, encouragement, and equipping, which in turn allows them step into powerful leaders. 

Akpene has over a decade of experience in project, process, and event management, small business and non-profit start-ups, as well as coaching and mentoring individuals and businesses across a variety of sectors.

We are pleased to introduce Danita Sonja Mitchell. Danita is the epitome of Business Etiquette. She graduated from South Mecklenburg High School and went on to study Office Administration and Management with design of being the best that she can be, at all times. Danita is now a Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Realty. She strives every day and, in every way, to continue to learn, Mentor and put her Best foot forward.

Brian has over 20 years of Training and Development experience in the Financial Services Industry and Specializes as a Trainer for The Series 6 and Series 7 Exams. He is a Proud Graduate from NC A&T and has worked with many of the more Prominent Financial Institutions as a Consultant. Brian has also served in the Air Force and he is a Huge Prince Fan!  His take on Professionalism is a must hear.

Jamie is the Vice President of Technology Development at Xceleration, where he leads a team responsible for all aspects of the company’s technology, including the software development and infrastructure for the company’s enterprise customer-facing platform, the company’s corporate network as well as internal IT support for employees’ laptops, company printers, etc. Jamie obtained a BS in Business Administration Degree from Appalachian State University in 1994. With the help of working alongside more experienced developers and leveraging every resource possible to increase his coding skills, it wasn’t long before he made the full transition to the engineering team writing code full time.

Jamie credits the combination of project management and coding experience to his success in managing a large diverse team at Xceleration, where the pace is often hectic. “Having perspectives from both sides is invaluable because delivering technology solutions is always about striking a balance between cost, scope and time. It has also provided me with the communication skills needed to bridge the divide between the technology department and other departments within the company.”

Introduction of Dabi's Daughter from my nephew- Jalil Pack of The JVY Podcast. Jalil has a Degree in Communications. Jovona is currently a Doctoral Student at North Central University studying Business with a focus in Healthcare Administration soon to graduate in 2021. She works at the Hospital Business Office as a Billing and Billing Audit Manager for patient financial services. She actively volunteers and participates in various community service projects throughout NC.

Ben Levenbaum- 

PRESIDENT and CEO of Xceleration. His company has locations in Charlotte, Atlanta, and New York. Ben started his Rewards Program Company at the age of 27 and has become MORE than successful! Having such a Professional and Business Man on our Team and as my Mentor, is very rewarding in many way. Ben is more than a CEO; he is also leader, an encouraging coach, and guiding force. 

He defines what Employers are looking for with potential employees, how Business Etiquette is lacking in the Corporate World and see's the importance of how Dabi's Daughter can help bridge that gap with our Programs.

Sarathel is a Graduate of UNCC that now works for the  Federal Bureau of Investigations. She eloquently speaks of multiple Issues pertaining to Business Etiquette. 

Gregory is a Counselor that works with Adults and Children. He excels in his field with an MBA from UNC Pembroke in Education and Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
