Heather and Jason Edsall remove their superhero capes for one night to sit down and talk to Adam and I. Heather does amazing work helping bring medical care to remote locations here in the United States that don't have the access we enjoy daily. Jason is the director of Chatham University's Exercise Science program. Their also parents, CrossFitters, and teach Stop the Bleed. 

In this episode, Eric Kulikowski sits down with us and talks us through his fitness journey. He gives us insights into how CrossFit helped him through difficult times in life, and helped him survive multiple pulmonary embolisms. Eric uses CrossFit to train for all sorts of adventures, like hiking the Grand Canyon and climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.
