This week's show was a side-splitter, in the Lounge when Steve Morgan hangs out! Comedian, improviser, storyteller, actor, writer, musician as featured on Australia’s ABC and the UK’s BBC, Steven Morgan is a jack of all trades and self-proclaimed master of them all! 
Steve nails it when we talk about him getting into comedy, how he develops a bit, and then Sam shares about what part a comedian played in him meeting his wife! Steve moved to Australia, and tells about a piece of advice that he NEVER thought he'd need but does confirm that it's TRUE! Little Matt asks about the differences in the types of comedy in the different places he's lived (UK, Australia, the Netherlands). He shares the story of when he visited New Orleans with his ex, and Sam mentions an eating establishment that he went to, when HE was in New Orleans! Dad jokes make an appearance AND STEVE STEALS THE SHOW ON THOSE TOO! We wrap things up with talking about him teaching comedy in the Netherlands, as well as him trying to speak Dutch! A former technical writer at a Fortune 500 company, decided he wanted to pursue his passion, and play mini-golf, professionally! How did something like that present itself? Sam wants to know, "WHO IN THE WORLD CAME UP WITH THE WINDMILL HOLE?!" How did he come up with the idea of Jack-Putt, and what does it all entail? The guys have a WHOPPER of a guest this week! Chris Carosa, author of "Hamburger Dreams: How Classic Crime Solving Techniques Helped Crack the Case of America’s Greatest Culinary Mystery," came to the Lounge and certainly didn't "wimp" out! Chris was great at having a response to WHATEVER the guys threw his way! Wanna talk stock trading? He has EXCELLENT advice (he DID have a nationally top-rated mutual fund)! Thinking about writing a play or something along those lines? Yeah, he's got experience with that too! How about advice on those carnival games everyone likes to play? Chris tells the "behind-the-scenes" truth about the prizes! With Chris being from Buffalo, Sam HAD to bring up the Bills and their former kicker, and Chris was fabulous in his conversation about the NFL too! AMAZING CONVERSATION with the person that Richey says is, "the smartest man I know!" We won't argue! Chris told about the lessons he learned while working in his grandparents' pizza stand at the county fair, and how that actually deepened his love for business (he started his business career before he hit 13)! How in the world did he discover this hidden passion for the hamburger? The answer is GREAT! The amount of work he put into finding the answers is amazing! ALSO, what do Pete Rose, helping a friend clean out a basement & Joe Montana have to do in a piece of advice about stock trading? You'll have to listen because it's a great connection! Chris was a fantastic guest, and he is our FIRST IVY LEAGUER! Chris graduated from Yale University, and tells a great story about getting a girl's phone number by telling her that he did the radio broadcast of their hockey games! OH, and we forgot to mention, he was a top-rated AM radio DJ, when the AM side still played music! This guy was fantastic, and HE WILL BE BACK! This week's guest left the guys with SO MUCH to talk about! Tavarus Hogans, the owner of True Seven Life, hung out and was great! A former captain of the Vanderbilt Commodores, Tavarus has done great things in his life, and he shared his depth of knowledge in BUNCHES! Tavarus entertains the guys about playing in the SEC and talks about the first victory he had, as a player, while in what is argued to be the best football conference! He is asked about the recruiting process he went through, and how he chose Vanderbilt. Little Matt, the resident Indianapolis Colts fan, asked Tavarus about his year he played in Tampa Bay, with the Buccaneers, under Coach Tony Dungy. Tavarus has a very detailed answer about Coach Dungy's influence! Tavarus talks about the place he feels is the most raucous in the NFL (the answer might surprise you)! What was the process to decide that football was not the way of making a living? Tavarus is level-headed and very thoughtful in how he came to this decision. He talks about his decision to bring in CBD oil under the True Seven Life umbrella, and why he saw it as important to do so. The guys played Over/Under or PUSH, and it was a fun time! Tavarus leaves us talking about his 3 favorite words, in life, and explains why they ring so true. Tavarus was FANTASTIC! The guys "go for a walk" this week! Music producer, author, and collector of great stories, Denny Somach (So-mack) finds the Lounge, and puts on an AWESOME show! Denny tells about the many many years he spent interviewing musicians, and the influence the Beatles had on them! Peter Townshend, the Isley Brothers, Sting, Billy Joel, Elton John... the list goes ON! A veteran of radio production, Denny decided to write a book called, "A Walk Down Abbey Road" (available on Amazon).
