Yesterday turned out to be a better day than I felt like in the morning. Along with a bunch of new things going on, I also talk about a Dad Win and a Dad Loss from the last couple days. 

I said I would be honest...well here you go

Last night I had a big mindset win. I was getting irritated about something that I couldn't control and decided to do something about it that my coach has been teaching me...and it worked :) 

This morning I cover topics like my coffee preferences and how I managed to nearly burn down the neighborhood shortly after moving in...

Today I talk about how I don't have the best memory and often even forget what I talk about in these episodes before it comes time to write this description. But one thing I know I talked about in this episode is how I'm considering making a product that shows how we manage our house with all these kids, and how we put them to work with the proper motivation. 

I don't always have a plan for what to talk about before I hit record, and today's episode took the direction of talking about business marketing, growing and audience, and how I once unfriended everyone on Facebook.
